This hotel received a 4 Star Sage Accessibility Rating. It did not receive 5 stars because I did not personally inspect the portable chair inside the roll-in shower.
This accessible room has a double bed with room on both sides for a wheelchair to fit. There is a desk and chair located against the wall on the left side of the room and a chair in the right corner.
The accessible bathroom in this room has a sink on the left with room for a wheelchair users knees to fit underneath. There is a grab bar on the right side of the toilet as well as a shelf. The plastic desk chair located in the room can be moved to use in the roll-in shower.
This London disabled hotel with connecting rooms is located in a flat neighborhood near Thames River. The automated revolving door has manual doors on each side.
The hotel lobby is wheelchair friendly with its smooth floors and accessible bathroom.
