When you arrive in port, you’ll go through the cruise terminal into the adjacent parking lot (shown on the left). This is where you will meet your guide and driver. Transportation will be in a wheelchair accessible vehicle with a lift (shown in the photo below on the right).
You will encounter some cobblestones along the route, like those near Piazza del Popolo (shown below). The lighter colored cobblestones shown on the right are smoother.
Your guide will lead you along a step free route in Ravenna, showing you the wheelchair accessible entrances and ramps at each stop. The wheelchair accessible entrance at the Basilica of Sant’Apollinare Nuovo is shown below on the left.
