Accessibility Description
The Essential Helsinki Accessible Walking Tour has a 3 Star Sage Accessibility Rating because it follows a step-free route. It did not receive a higher rating because you will need to take public transport into the city and you may encounter mild cobblestones along the route.
The tour route has been designed to use smooth sidewalks and avoid the cobblestone streets wherever possible. It also chooses sidewalks that have smooth granite slabs covering the uneven cobblestones (shown on the right). Helsinki is known for accessible public transport!
The tour route uses wheelchair accessible tram stations like the one near the Lutheran Church (shown below)
Upon request your tour can finish on the Esplanade for lunch at the historic Restaurant Kappeli.

Cost: €579 for 1-2 people, €629 for 3-4 people, €679 for 5-6 people, €729 for 7-8 people.
