The entrance is equipped with motion-activated doors as well as doormen ready to assist you. The lobby area is flat and offers plenty of seating options. All floors are connected via 90 cm wide elevators, except from the spa elevator which is 80 cm wide. Wheelchair users will have no difficulty navigating the interior of the hotel. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor and the rooftop restaurant can be reached by using an elevator.

The 9 accessible rooms at this beautiful Lake Como hotel boast of elegant décor, sufficient wheelchair turning space and extra wide doorways. The rooms are equipped with a king bed. Note, some of them have connecting room options which is ideal for larger families. All the rooms feature air-conditioning, minibar, Wi-Fi, a safe, and a LED TV with satellite channels. The accessible bathrooms feature a roll in shower with grab bar and an attached shower chair, a floating sink for easy wheelchair access, as well as a grab bar by the toilet.

This centrally located accessible Lake received a 4 star Sage Accessibility Rating because it has great accessibility features! It offers a flat entrance with motion-activated doors, wide 80 – 90 cm elevators to navigate the floors, flat and smooth surfaces in the lobby and breakfast room area, and fully accessible bathrooms with roll-in shower, shower chair and grab bars. It did not get a higher rating because some of the roof-top areas do not have a walking/strolling path. These can easily be avoided. The restaurant area is accessible.

The hotel has 9 accessible rooms located on different floors. Note, they are not facing the Lake.  They offer modern bright interior with a comfortable king bed. The flooring is flat and smooth, and there is space for your wheelchair by the side of the bed. Connecting room options are available.

The beautiful accessible bathrooms offer great accessibility features including a grab bar by the toilet, a floating sink for easy access, and a roll in shower with a grab bar and an attached shower chair.

The hotel has a ramped main entrance with automatic doors. The lobby offers a large flat and smooth area and the lounge has plenty of seating options. Elevators are located off of the lobby area. The hotel offers a fully accessible breakfast room, bar area and restaurant.
