The lobby area is spacious with smooth flooring and large open areas with designated seating areas. The lobby area features lowered check-desks for easy wheelchair access. The hotel has several elevators with wide doors to help you navigate the different floors. The hotel features 3 upscale restaurants along with a late-night lounge. The rooftop bar offers incredible city views but does have one small step to enter.

The wheelchair friendly rooms at this luxury hotel are equipped with several wonderful features including a spacious layout with smooth timber floors, rich fabrics, and commissioned artwork. Inside the room you will find a large comfortable King bed with space for your wheelchair on either side of the bed. The rooms have beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows with pool or city views and offer free Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs for your enjoyment. The beautiful accessible Italian marble bathrooms are spacious and have grab bars located by the toilet. You will also find a barrier-free roll in shower with a handheld showerhead as well as a bathtub. Please note that there is no grab bar in the shower. A portable shower stool is also available.

When staying at this downtown Dubai hotel you will be near some of the very best highlights of the city! Within one mile you will find the Dubai Water Canal Waterfall, the Emaar Square, the Dubai Opera, and iconic Burj Khalifa. For shopping opportunities, you will be glad to know that the Dubai Mall is only 1.3 miles away and the Mall of the Emirates 6 miles away. This Hotel received our highest rating, a 3-star Sage Accessibility rating, because of its wonderful accessibility features and has been personally inspected by John Sage. The hotel features fully accessible common spaces made wheelchair friendly with smooth, flat surfaces, wide doorways, and wide elevators to navigate the different floors. The disabled rooms feature a spacious layout with sufficient turning space for mobility equipment users. The disabled bathrooms are equipped with a barrier-free roll in shower as well as a tub. This hotel did not receive a higher rating because there is no grab bar in the roll in shower and the shower stool is small.

The accessible rooms are equipped with a large King Bed with space for a wheelchair on either side of the bed. The room has flat flooring and plenty of turning space.

The room is also equipped with a seating area and office area. Large floor to ceiling windows makes the room feel even bigger.

The doorway into the accessible bathroom is extra wide and the wardrobe area has been adapted with low, reachable hangers and shelves.

In the bathroom you will find low double vanities with space underneath. Grab bars are located on both sides of the toilet.

The bathroom features both a barrier free roll-in shower with a handheld shower head and a tub. Please note there are no grab bars in the shower. You will also find a small shower stool.

The hallways and elevators at this hotel are extra wide and special signage has been implemented.

The main entrance to the hotel has large glass doors and is flat.

The lobby area has smooth flooring and lowered check in desks.

The hotel offers several accessible restaurants, dining by the poolside and also a rooftop bar (note there is a small single step to enter the bar).
