The resort is equipped with lifts, ramps and wide doors to make navigating it easy for guests in mobility equipment. It did not receive a higher rating because in order to access the private island where the resort is located, guests must take a small ferry. The ferry has a portable ramp to enter. It is narrow and may not work for larger equipment types.
The accessible disabled rooms at this hotel comes with a comfortable King bed with space for a wheelchair on either side of the bed. The flooring is flat, smooth tile.
