This hotel is in the same neighborhood as another one of our recommended hotels. Photos of the nearby accessible restaurants are shown in the description of the other Venice roll-in shower accessible hotel.
We gave this hotel a 4 Star Sage Accessibility Rating because it has a roll-in shower and an elevator to reach it. It did not get a 5 star rating because the elevator may be too narrow for some wheelchairs and there is not a sturdy seat in the roll-in shower.
The disabled room has enough space for a wheelchair to be positioned on the right side of the bed. The picture on the left shows the desk at the foot of the bed.The picture on the right shows the bed which has space ont he right side for a wheelchair.
Both of the disabled rooms have roll-in showers with hand-held shower nozzles (shown in the picture on the left). The sink is raised and will fit a wheelchair user’s knees underneath it. The toilet has grab bars on both sides of it (shown in the picture on the right).
The hotel is located in a quiet courtyard shown in the pictures below. The main entrance is through the stairs on the right but disabled guests can use an elevator that is accessed through a hallway underneath the stairs.
The disabled room has a nearby balcony shown in the picture below.
The breakfast room is shown in the two pictures below. There is plenty of room for a wheelchair user to navigate between the tables.
The hallways and elevator are wide enough for wheelchairs to fit.
