5 Star Rome Wheelchair Accessible Hotel
This 5 star wheelchair accessible hotel in Rome is located near the fashionable Via Vittorio Veneto street. The décor and amenities in the hotel are quite luxurious and make for a great option for disabled visitors to Rome looking for something special. The Grand Deluxe wheelchair accessible room is one of the nicest that you’ll find anywhere in Rome
There are 6 disabled hotel rooms with roll-in showers in this hotel. There is a single step at the entrance but the doorman can bring out a portable ramp for guests in wheelchairs.
This disabled hotel is located between the Spanish Steps and the Termini train station. The closest tourist attractions are the Borghese Gallery (0.6 miles,1.0 km away), the Spanish Steps (0.4 miles, 700 meters), and the Trevi Fountain (0.7 miles, 1.1 km away). I gave this hotel a 4 star accessibility rating because it has a roll-in shower and a ramped entrance to the building. It does not get a 5 star rating because it does not have grab bars in the roll-in shower or next to the toilet.
The hotel entrance has a single step and the doorman can bring out a portable ramp for you.
A picture take from the doorway of the deluxe wheelchair accessible room is shown below. The door on the far side of the bed leads to the normal bathroom. The accessible bathroom is on the near side of the bed.
The deluxe wheelchair accessible room has two bathrooms. The disabled bathroom has a roll-in shower that a portable chair can be brought into. There are no grab bars next to the toilet or in the roll-in shower.
The normal bathroom has a stand-up shower that has a step to get into.
The grand deluxe wheelchair accessible room has more room and a balcony that looks out over the street.

There are two bathrooms in the grand deluxe room. The disabled bathroom is shown on the left and the normal bathroom is shown on the right. The disabled bathroom has a roll-in shower with a hand-held shower. A chair can be brought into the shower to sit on. The sink is high enough for a wheelchair guest to use and there are no grab bars in the bathroom.
