Jennifer,
I wanted to thank you for all your help with our trip to Istanbul. We had a great time and everything went smoothly. The location of the hotel was perfect, short walking distance to attractions and restaurants. We will definitely contact you again for our next trip. Thanks again,

Hello Donna,
I am writing to you to advise that my Parents – Alexander & Irene have just returned from Istanbul and would like to pass on their sincere thanks for the wonderful tour they had in Istanbul that you arranged for them on Friday, 17th August 2012. My father Alexander is in the wheelchair and he had such a wonderful time. The guide and the vehicle used were excellent and was very informative and helpful. He assisted with the wheel chair and was a great help for my mother, Irene. We are so happy that we found your website to arrange such a tour. My father cannot stop talking about the tour and of course the St Sophia museum. Please advise if your company offers a disabled tour in Athens, Greece. If so- what tours do you offer and their prices?? Hoping to hear from you soon. Kind regards,
-Andrew, Sydney, Australia

I am a wheelchair user and have just returned with my husband from a cruise which started in Istanbul and ended in Venice. The information you provided on both these cities was absolutely invaluable. Without it, the ‘official’ guidance in travel guides and in cruise information had led me to think I would be able to see very little in these cities. “No access/limited access/restricted access” seemed to be the main description of so many sites and places of interest. In the event, thanks to your very helpful guidance, in Istanbul I visited the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Underground Cisterns without difficulty. In Venice, where even the local guidance information about water travel was rather negative and hesitant, once again I was able to benefit from your extensive guidance. We used the Vaporetti to tour the Grand Canal and then followed one of the routes around St Mark’s. Brilliant! I just wanted to say thank you for the detailed and extremely helpful information which certainly made a positive difference to my visit to Istanbul and Venice.

We can only describe the Hotel as wonderful, and as a bonus it is set in the heart of the old city and just a gentle 600 metres walk up to the main historical sites of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and the Hippodrome. A convenient tram stop is literally just around the corner to provide access to the waterfront on the Golden Horn and the rest of the city. From the moment we arrived the level of service and courtesy of the management and staff was outstanding. The room was immaculate and was enhanced by a range of lighting including a rope light under the bed! Breakfast offered just about everything you could wish for in abundance except for an English style cooked breakfast but you are in Istanbul after all! A mention for the ‘egg chef’ who besides offering a range of tasty egg dishes always produced a delicious sweet pancake to conclude breakfast. We decided to eat in the hotel and used the street level restaurant for three evenings which benefits from the atmosphere generated by people passing and activity at nearby restaurants. Here we had excellent meals and outstanding service from Alec and Habibe. On the fourth night we dined at the hotel’s rooftop Olive Restaurant with its more expansive and expensive menu but the view of the Bosporus and the Istanbul skyline was well worth it.
What next? Well my wife has never been to Paris and Rome is on my ‘bucket list’ so we may be calling on your services again in the not too distant future. Thanks for organising our wonderful trip.
