Paris Left Bank handicap rooms
Affordable Paris Left Bank Handicap Rooms – This hotel has the most affordable Paris Left Bank handicap rooms that we could find. This hotel is the furthest east of all the hotels that we visited in the Left Bank. Nevertheless, it is still only 600 meters from the Pantheon and numerous restaurants in the Latin Quarter. The neighborhood around this hotel is hillier than any of the other accessible hotels we visited in Paris. The street that this hotel is located on has a slope with 4 star flatness going down towards the river. Some streets nearby have 3 star and 2 star flatness ratings.

The hotel has one handicapped room on the ground floor. There are three single beds in the room, two of which are pushed together. The bathroom door is wide enough for a wheelchair and the bathtub has a grab bar on the far wall. There is enough room to position a wheelchair next to the wall, and there is a grab bar on the wall next to the toilet. The hotel does not have a roll-in shower like some of the other less affordable Paris Left Bank handicap rooms that we visited. The hotel has 52 rooms and a 3 star hotel classification.
To enter the building, you will need to alert the staff member at the reception desk who will bring out a small portable wood ramp to get up the two steps at the entrance. The ramp has a slope with 3 star flatness.
The hotel is located on a street with some car traffic, but the disabled room is facing an inner courtyard so it is not noisy. The breakfast room is located one floor below the ground floor and can be reached by using the elevator.
I gave this hotel a 3 Star Sage Accessibility rating because it has step-free access and a bathroom with plenty of room for a wheelchair. It did not get a higher rating because it does not have a roll-in shower.
