We loved Bruges. The hotel was very good. It is well-located, adjacent to the Burg square and not far from the Markt square.  It is quite modern (part renovated historical building and part new building).  The decor is over the top ornate.  Our room was enormous with 12-14 foot ceilings and a crystal chandelier.  It was the only hotel on our entire trip where we got a handicap room as promised for our entire stay.  The staff was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating.  Their English skills are astonishing (as was the case throughout Netherlands and Belgium).  They put a lot of effort into locating accessible restaurants near the hotel for us, and we loved both dinner spots they found.  We would definitely recommend it.
