Deluxe Accessible Cozumel Shore Excursion
The Deluxe Accessible Cozumel Shore Excursion Excursion combines the very best things of Cozumel all in one tour… Beach, Tequila and an ancient Mayan Village! On this accessible tour you will enjoy a full day of fun!
This accessible Cozumel driving tour begins with your local, English-speaking driver/guide meeting you at the cruise dock in a comfortable, air-conditioned accessible van before heading out to your first stop of the day, the charming village of El Cedral. This small remote village is home to one of the oldest Mayan structures on Cozumel Island. While most of the Ruins of what once was the capital of Cozumel were torn down by Spanish Conquistadors in 1518, you are still able to see a portion of it and picture the Mayan community as it once existed. The friendly locals here are eager to meet you and show you all their traditional local products in their small shops.
Right by the ruin, you will find one of the best Tequila factories in the area! Browse the beautiful premises, enjoy a short presentation about how it is made and the history of the Hacienda, and enjoy a delicious tasting of different tequilas. Please note kids under 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol on the premises.
After your visit to El Cedral village, it’s beach time! Upon arrival at the accessible beach, you will have the option of enjoying a delicious lunch at an accessible restaurant (cost not included). The accessible beach is wheelchair friendly and there are beach wheelchairs available if needed (first come first serve). There are also options for you to do other activities while at the beach, including watching a free sea lion show, crocodiles, Mayan displays, shopping and coral reef snorkeling.
Your accessible Cozumel driving tour concludes with your driver escorting you back to the cruise dock where your next adventure awaits!
