Highlights of Helsinki Accessible Cruise Excursion
This 6 hour accessible cruise excursion of Helsinki includes a step-free route, accessible transfers, and the highlights of Finland’s beautiful capital city!
Your professionally licensed tour guide will meet you at the cruise terminal in a wheelchair accessible van to begin your accessible walking/rolling and driving tour.
Enjoy the historical city center of Helsinki—the Capital of Finland—and its artisan shops, the Lutheran Cathedral at the Senate Square, Esplanadi Boulevard and the Market Square. The city was founded in the early 16th century and has a rich history, but it also has many wonderful modern features such as the Kamppi Chapel (the Chapel of Silence) and Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art.
As you walk/roll between the highlights of Helsinki, your guide will share some interesting facts with you about the city—including how the war with Russia affected Helsinki, what is Finland’s relationship with Sweden like, what does Angry Birds have to do with Finland, and much more!
On this Helsinki accessible cruise excursion, you’ll have time for lunch and shopping (cost not included), and your knowledgeable local guide can share some great accessible restaurant and shop recommendations!
The Highlights of Helsinki Accessible Cruise Excursion includes:
- Convenient accessible van transportation with a wheelchair ramp

If you’d prefer a shorter, more affordable tour that uses the city’s accessible tram system instead of an accessible van, we recommend the Essential Helsinki Accessible Walking Tour. Or, if you would be more comfortable with our most accessible option, that involves very little walking/rolling and has earned a 5 star Sage Accessibility Rating, consider the 3 hour Panoramic Helsinki Accessible Driving Tour.
