Hi John,
I just wanted to email to let you know about yesterday in Venice. We had a FANTASTIC time and Nicoletta, our guide, was really lovely and the Water Taxi was excellent. Everything about the plans we made with you worked like clockwork and the information you supplied was really helpful.
Thanks for your help in making our time in Venice so enjoyable. Everyone on the ship is most surprised to hear that someone in a wheelchair had a ‘good’ time in Venice as they all felt that the stairs/bridges would have made it terribly frustrating for us and we would have come back disappointed but not so, we came back feeling like we’d had the best time possible.
Michael LOVED the Doge’s Palace. His only disappointment was that he couldn’t take photo of the interior rooms as he was fascinated by the grandeur of it all.
Anyway, John, thanks again for a perfect plan and for ensuring that it all came together for us – we really appreciate what you did for us.
Take care,
Michael & Diane
