The Versailles Accessible Driving Tour from Paris includes:
– Private wheelchair accessible round-trip transportation between Paris and Versailles
– Accessible tour route confirmed to be wheelchair accessible (no steps or curbs)
– 1 hour 15 minute guided group walking/rolling tour of Versailles palace interior (can consist of up to 30 people, most being able bodied) or if you prefer, we can arrange for a private tour.
– Commentary by an English-speaking tour guide who specializes in Versailles
– Skip the line tickets to Versailles palace only.
– Driver can provide assistance pushing manual wheelchair users
– Free time to explore the Versailles Gardens and Marie Antoinette’s estates (note: Versailles Gardens entrance fees are not included. You will have to pay that separately on the day you visit.)

The Versailles Accessible Driving Tour from Paris has a 4 Star Sage Accessibility Rating because it includes a vehicle with a wheelchair ramp and no long distances to walk/roll. You can choose to add a wheelchair pusher to your tour which would give it a 5 star rating.
To begin your wheelchair accessible Versailles driving tour, you will be picked up at your hotel in a clean, modern accessible black taxi. The car has a built-in wheelchair ramp. Manual wheelchair users and electric wheelchair users can roll into the car.
During the guided group tour part of the Versailles Accessible Driving Tour from Paris (or if you prefer, private tour) you will spend 1 hour 15 minutes with a tour guide exploring Versailles Palace using wheelchair ramps and elevators.
Your Versailles accessible guided group tour includes visits to the state apartments (shown in the photo on the left) and the famous Hall of Mirrors (shown in the photo on the right).
After the guided group tour portion of your tour (or if you prefer, private tour), you will have as much free time as you want to explore the gardens and other buildings on site, such as the Grand Trianon (shown in the photo on the left) and the Petit Trianon (shown in the photo on the right). You will also have time to have lunch at one of the accessible restaurants in the garden. Note, cost for entrance to Gardens, etc. are not included. Only the cost for the Palace and guided tour are covered by your tour cost.
The Versailles gardens are enormous and are shown in the aerial view on the left. While in Versailles, don’t forget to visit the Queen’s Hamlet (shown in the photo on the right). It’s not like anything you’ve ever seen!

Tour duration: Can be as long or as short as you want. We recommend spending 4-5 hours visiting the palace and gardens.

COST ON WEEKDAYS: €867 for 1-2 people, €917 for 3-4 people, €946 for 5-6 people, €1059 for 7-8 people,
COST ON SUNDAYS & LOCAL HOLIDAYS: €1032 for 1-2 people, €1082 for 3-4 people, €1265 for 5-6 people, €1315 for 7-8 people.

Days of the week the tour is offered: Every day except Monday when the palace is closed. We also recommend you avoid the crowds on weekends.
Meeting time: Pick up between 8:30 am and 9:30 am

Maximum number of people on tour: 2 to 4 people depending on wheelchair/mobility scooter size. We can also arrange for larger accessible vehicles if necessary.
Entrance tickets: Tickets to the palace are included for the guided group tour are included. Tickets to the French Gardens are not included. From November to March admission to the gardens is typically free every day. From April to October there is usually an admission charge for the gardens on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays and on some other days (including bank holidays).
